The Role
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for data and reporting at Intrigue. Data is becoming more important than ever, and with so much data available, it is vital that we are looking at the right data at the right time to make strategic decisions.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring our clients are getting world-class reporting on their campaigns as well as ensuring the team has the proper data and reports they need to run the best campaigns possible for our clients.

Onboarding
In order to understand Intrigue to the fullest, you will start with a 10-month onboarding period working alongside project team members, managers and leads as a Project Coordinator to learn the business and to help deliver client projects efficiently. As you grow in the Project Coordinator role, you will start to receive cross-training to make the transition into becoming Intrigue's in-house expert on analyzing data and reporting; our Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist. 

Onboarding: Project Coordinator Role Description 

Immediate Manager: Project Manager

Accountabilities:

  • Scoping and Preparing Marketing Campaigns
    • Review MAP submissions for accuracy and 100% completion
    • Manage the booking and scheduling of case studies and regroups sessions
    • Coordinate the scoping assignment of team members and follow-ups recaps
    • Ensure the accuracy and completion of MAP scopes, audits and strategy notes for MAP presentations
    • Assist with outlining campaign timelines
  • Campaign and Project Implementation
    • Manage the client onboarding process and administrative tasks associated with the implementation to ensure proper account setup 
    • Book all internal kick-offs, content sessions, video shoots, etc., and send agendas and reminders to clients
    • Compile and send meeting action items after every client meeting/call
    • Coordinate with team members and clients to successfully execute projects and campaigns that meet their deadlines
    • Follow-up with clients to ensure requirements or assets are received in a timely manner
    • Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
    • Liaise with vendors and freelancers for project status updates and communicate to the project team and client
    • Ensure internal and client review process is being followed for every deliverable
    • Monitor workflow and capacity and support Team Leads with respect to resources and scheduling and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs or requirements
    • Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and seamless client experience
    • Manage daily ad hoc client requests
  • Operations Administrative Support
    • Manage client success reporting set-up and create templates for the Operations team
    • Submit and follow-up on cases in Salesforce
    • Update capacity monitor with stat and Intrigue holidays
    • Investigate action items and assist with bulk transfers or updates
    • Manage Slack client channels
  • Process Improvement
    • Maintain and improve scalable, efficient processes and systems to better manage workflow and communications
    • Manage QA checklists and process documentation

  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Post-secondary in business, marketing, or related field
    • Digital agency experience is an asset
    • Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Adept at learning and working in multiple technological systems and software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Adaptable
    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; work independently, with little supervision and within a team environment

Once you have completed your onboarding training, you will move into the Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist position.


Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist Role Description

Immediate Manager: Operations Manager

Key Accountabilities

  1. 100% of client reports completed on time
  2. Annual Client Complaints about Reporting/Data <=3
  3. Setting up big data reporting solution for our team in the first 12 months
  4. 100% Completion of Leaderbuilding

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Reporting
    • Responsible for ensuring all of our account managers have a client report ready for the 10th of every month to report to their clients
    • Setup of reporting for all client campaigns
    • Solving any bugs/issues that come up in reporting

  • In-House Expert For the following Platforms
    • Google Analytics 
    • Google Search Console 
    • Google Data Studio
    • Call Rail
    • Google Sheets

  • Responsible for Team Best-in-Class Reporting
    • Building a solution so we can see reporting and data across all client campaigns
    • Reporting to the team the best performing campaigns by industry to help them focus on building the campaigns that produce the best results

  • Knowledge & Skills 
    • Extensive knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio
    • Ability to review, analyze, and report data 
    • Strategic mindset
    • Comfortable managing 50+ accounts and communicating with the team on a regular basis
    • Technical understanding of online marketing
