As a Regional Field Marketing Support and Social Media you will be responsible for managing Intrigue social media campaigns, creating and implementing strategies for Intrigue participation in regional events, and offer administration support to our Community Leaders. You will be a huge part of implementing our community involvement!

The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for people and community with an eye for detail and ability to offer strong organizational support to their team. They are people driven, highly flexible, overly positive, obsessive over details, hungry for success, love challenges, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and like to have fun in their daily work life.

Organization and passion for people will be driving success factors for this role.  


  • Create cohesive and structured social media campaigns for Intrigue based on goals and objectives
  • Create community engagement through your presence at events and posting to social media channels
  • Office support for our Community Leaders including creating client reports, creating and processing client agreements
  • Calling clients to make sure customer service levels are high, answering client questions
  • Planning setups and strategic direction for tradeshows, conferences, events and golf tournaments
  • Work closely with other members of the Intrigue Media team and provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to exceed KPIs and hit deadlines.
  • Staying current with best practices, strategies and industry standards related to social media marketing


  • Proven skills in social media copywriting.
  • Relationship building and community involvement with a sales mindset
  • Experience with:
    • Google Analytics
    • Wordpress
    • Facebook and Facebook Advertising
    • Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • MailChimp
    • Google Drive
