As the Customer Service & Sales Support, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients and future clients have a delightful and professional experience.

You will work with the VP of Sales to support the Sales Team in generating and qualifying leads. You will help with receptionist and office management duties - this is key in making all callers and visitors feel welcome, and often giving people their first glimpse into Intrigue's unique culture, while also supporting the team.

The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a social setting, has a passion for customer service and creating an exceptional and memorable experience for guests. You're flexible, a superb communicator, positive, detail-oriented, hungry for success, relish challenges, and enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment. You must be life-long learner that has an unquenchable thirst for mastering your craft.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming call/email inquiries and entering into SalesForce.
  • Assisting the Sales Team and Financial Controller with client onboarding.
  • Maintain client files and assisting accounting in all filing.
  • Provide guidance and potential entry of sponsorships, up serves, and concierge tickets.
  • Making the proper adjustments to client accounts as changes occur.
  • Manage and coordinate community inquiry emails.
  • Help coordinate team events and activities.
  • Assist in planning setups and strategic direction for trade shows, conferences, events and golf tournaments.

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet all Intrigue Guests.
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries; taking messages and solving situations when possible.
  • Manage all meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedule and cleaning service.
  • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Reconciliation of Team Member monthly expense reports.
  • For the short term, help manage Intrigue Credit Cards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Experience in office management is an asset
  • Passion for customer service, client communication, and management
  • Understanding of Organizational Culture and Development
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Desire to learn our business model
  • An insatiable thirst for growth and applicable knowledge
  • Experience with Google Drive, G-Suite and Eventbrite is a plus
  • Enjoys a balance of unfamiliar new tasks and repetitive work
